The XMTopper page hosted on the XMTopper.com website (Webpage) and XMTopper application (App) and related services (together with the Webpage and App, the Service), are brought to you by AAAMT Verticals Pvt. Ltd., India.
Access and use of the Service is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Service, or using any aspect of the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use the Service.
Definitions
- Beta: The testing and evaluation of a specific Service by you and other customers or business partners.
- Content: Digitised content obtained through the Service, such as questions, solutions, hints in text, image, audio or video format.
- Supported Device: A mobile phone, computer or other electronic device authorised to operate the Service.
- Feedback: All suggestions and ideas provided to XMTopper concerning improvements to the Service.
Registration
In connection with registering for and use of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information as requested by XMTopper.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and security of your account.
- Be fully responsible for all use of your account and actions taking place through it.
- Be contacted by us via emails, phone calls and/or SMS for verification and communication.
In the event mandatory information is not provided, registration shall be deemed incomplete and Service access may be restricted.
Use of the App & Beta Features
The App will use Wi-fi or mobile data to download data. Where Wi-fi is not available, the App will default to mobile data, which may incur charges as per your mobile plan.
Beta Testing: You acknowledge that the Service is being Beta tested and may face outages or breaks in performance. XMTopper will own in perpetuity any Feedback or Test Observations shared by you.
Eligibility
Use of the Service is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to abide by this Agreement.
License
We hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable and revocable license to access the Service solely for your personal use on Supported Devices.

The Service and all materials are copyright protected by XMTopper.com or its affiliates. All logos are trademarks of XMTopper. Access does not grant you the right to reproduce or alter any trademarks.
All Content including question papers is provided on an "as is" basis.
Liability and Disclaimers
Access and use of the Service is at your sole risk. XMTopper is not responsible for injury resulting from downloading materials or service unavailability during system upgrades or peak demand.
Analytics: Analytical reports (rank, percentile) are limited to customers using the Service and are not indicative of actual pan-India performance.
Guarantees: Usage of our Services does not guarantee achievement of specific ranks or admission to educational institutions.
Termination
XMTopper reserves the right to terminate your access at any time without notice for violations of this Agreement. You may also terminate your service at any time by following in-app instructions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
24-Hour Window
If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of confirmation and before the start of the course, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Reimbursement will be made using the initial payment method.
- If you start the course or access online materials within the 24-hour window, no refund will be payable.
- If XMTopper cancels a course, all fees will be returned in full.
